We are looking for a determined, high energy, well-organized individual for the position of Dental Ceramist to join our company.
* Qualified candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are eligible for a sign on bonus of $1000, after 120 days of continuous employment.*

Responsible for producing the esthetics that our customers have come to expectResponsible for facial cutback layering of porcelain, contouring, and glazing of high end anterior and posterior zirconia and e.max restorationsProficiency in full contour crown and bridge contouring and stain and glazeAbility to produce artistic, esthetic, and consistent, high-quality porcelain and staining workAbility to do final quality inspection of crown and bridge cases with efficiencyAbility to match and create custom shades and meet tight deadlinesOperate a variety of dental laboratory tools and equipmentMaintain clean equipment and work areaAll other duties as assigned or as otherwise requiredQualifications:
Knowledge of dental lab products, materials, terminology, and techniques preferredMinimum of 3 years’ experience in porcelain layering, contouring, and finishing of ceramic restorationsHigh level of attention to detail with exceptional quality standardsExcellent hand/eye coordinationAbility to utilize magnification goggles for extended periods of timeTeam player is a must with willingness to learn new responsibilitiesHigh School diploma or equivalent requiredPay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
