• Design and develop instructor-led and on-the-job training for apprenticeships.
• Perform detailed task analysis for hydro utility workers.
• Create hands-on practice activities, student guides, and scenario-based learning materials.
• Develop assessments and instructional media to support skills development.
• Define learning objectives and course structures aligned with stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts for content validation and review.
• Participate in milestone meetings and apply company standards and guidelines.

• 3 years of experience in developing instructor-led training for complex skills.
• Bachelor's degree in adult education or related fields.
• Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and technical writing.
• Experience with tools like PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to self-manage tasks and meet deadlines.

• Experience with hydroelectric operations or apprenticeships.
• Master's degree in instructional design or education-related fields.
• Skilled in graphic design and familiar with tools like Question Mark, Author-It.
• Previous experience with PG&E Academy is a plus.

Location:

Hybrid role based in Livermore, CA. Ability to travel to PG&E locations as needed, with travel expenses reimbursed.
