Program Scheduler - Q Clearance

Intra Management Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Scheduler to support high-visibility programs at LLNL
. This role is entirely onsite and requires an active Q Clearance
—no exceptions. You’ll play a critical role in supporting program execution for one of the nation's most important research facilities.

• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated program schedules using tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and program teams to track deliverables, milestones, and critical paths
• Provide schedule risk analysis, forecasting, and reporting to leadership
• Support Earned Value Management (EVM) and other project control methodologies
• Work closely with technical teams and project managers to ensure schedule alignment with program objectives

• Active Q Clearance (must be current at time of submission)
• 5+ years of scheduling or project controls experience in DOE, DOD, or national lab environments
• Proficient in MS Project, Primavera P6, and schedule analytics
• Strong grasp of critical path method (CPM), dependencies, and resource loading
• Experience supporting large, complex government or R&D programs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• This is an entirely onsite role in Livermore, CA — no remote or hybrid options
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clearance and site access requirements
• Experience at DOE labs or within NNSA programs is a significant plus
