A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture or construction management is required to coordinate large HVAC projects and to ensure compliance with contract requirements and documentation.
Responsibilities include managing subcontractor scope, tracking field installation, maintaining submittals, scheduling, change orders, and timely O&M and as-built packages.
