Customer Service Rep​/Dealer; Livermore in Northern, CA

Overview

Parkwest Casino is hiring card dealers to help aid in the creation of a new casino culture. These card dealers will not only deal cards, but will make dealing cards an adventure and experience the guests won’t forget. If you’re the best at what you do and enjoy providing superior service in an exciting atmosphere we would love to meet you!

• You’ll be put through a highly interactive training course, touching upon past experience and present cardroom table games and procedures.
• Control the table games with attention to detail, maintaining no more than 2 mistakes for any table game in a 3 month period.
• Provide guest service of the utmost importance. Maintain a high level of customer service and contribute to reaching the next level of service.
• Maintain an appropriate number of hands per down, while staying within 5% of the mean hands per down for each table game offered.
• Be reliable and contribute to teamwork and commitment in a demanding environment.
• Dealing knowledge is a plus; a commitment to continual improvement and excellence in dealing is emphasized and supported by the work environment.
• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
• Open availability. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background, and credit check.
• Must be able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation.

• Must be able to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to walk, stand, sit and bend for 6 or more hours a day.
• Position will require repetitive use of hands for the following actions: simple and power grasping, fine manipulation, pushing & pulling and reaching for entire shift.
• Position may require exposure to excessive noise.
• Must be able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation.
