Parkwest Casino is looking to hire card dealers who will provide superior service and create memorable experiences for guests. Applicants should be passionate about casino operations and customer engagement.

• Complete a highly interactive training course covering card room games and procedures.
• Control table games with no more than two mistakes per table in a three‑month period.
• Maintain an appropriate number of hands per down, staying within 5% of the mean hands per down for each table game.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and uphold the casino’s customer‑service standards.
• Work as part of a team, attending every scheduled shift.
• Commit to continuous improvement in dealing games and expanding game knowledge.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Open availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Provide evidence of U.S. employment eligibility.
• Pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background check, and credit check.
• Perform all essential duties with or without accommodation.

• Lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory up to 50 pounds.
• Walk, stand, sit, and bend at the neck for six or more hours a day.
• Perform repetitive hand movements such as grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, pulling, and reaching throughout the shift.
• May be exposed to excessive noise.
• Perform all essential duties with or without accommodation.
