The Private Banking Services department manages/services a special bucket of clients that will require the white glove service. The department operates like Branches, taking calls like a Call Center and helping with Treasury Management Services like the Business Services team.
Position OverviewThe intern position operates on a mid‑shift schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and includes daily standups or meetings to review the plan for the day. Responsibilities include managing the email inbox and incoming calls to address action items, as well as adhering to a one‑hour service‑level agreement (SLA) for client responses.
Role and Responsibilities- Assists with Dual Control transactions and Client Relationship filing and review
- Supports email retention and completes callbacks as needed
- Provides assistance with mailing tasks
- Completes additional tasks as assigned by management
- Organized, particularly for filing responsibilities.
- Accountable and reliable in completing assigned tasks.
- Detail‑oriented, especially when working with spreadsheets and procedures.
- Driven and motivated to support team needs.
- Tracking sheets to monitor and manage progress.
- Weekly check‑ins to review updates and explore new learning opportunities.
The intern will gain experience providing white‑glove, red‑carpet service to top clients, while learning about various business types and entities from start to finish. They will also develop knowledge of the full range of services offered by Fremont Bank, including account products and TMS products.
