The California Region's Capital team oversees strategic investments that drive infrastructure growth, technology upgrades, and operational efficiency across the region. We manage the planning, allocation, and tracking of capital expenditures to ensure projects deliver measurable ROI. Acting as a bridge between finance, engineering, construction, business development, and field operations, the team ensures alignment on priorities, timelines, and expected costs. Our work supports long‑term network reliability, customer experience improvements, and competitive positioning in the market.

The California Region Capital team is composed of a Sr. Manager of Business Operations, which this intern position will report to. The Sr. Manager has a Manager that leads our Invoicing Operations team which is made of internal and contract contributors. Additionally, there are multiple Senior Financial Analysts and one Financial Analyst that report into the Sr. Manager.
