YourPurpose
You will be responsible for maintaining the company’s core system and associated third‑party applications to ensure the efficient and secure processing of member transactions.
What You'll DoTo succeed in this position, you must be able to satisfactorily perform common, uncommon and complex occurrences of each of the following under general supervision from your manager:
- Administers the credit’s core system and associated third‑party applications, including the installation of software updates in production and test environments, overseeing general and preventative maintenance and communicating system/application changes to management and employees.
- Monitors the stability and efficiency of the core system (Symitar) and associated applications and works with co‑workers and third‑party vendors to troubleshoot issues affecting performance and reliability.
- Provide local and remote technical support on the core system and associated applications to employees and third‑party vendors in person and by telephone, email and helpdesk.
- Maintain archives of core system and associated application reports, including document indexing, retrieval and research.
- Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments and branches to deliver optimal and efficient service to our members. Uphold a standard of professionalism actively fostering positive relationships internally and externally.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit union’s products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, Credit Union banking regulations, and OE Federal Credit Union’s policies and procedures and current promotions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma/GED and minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar role required. Associates degree in Information Technology preferred.
- Proficiency with Windows 7, 8 and 10 and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required.

The offered salary considers experience, education, training, internal peer equity, job location and other business considerations when extending an offer. The salary outlined is based on working in Livermore, California. The salary range will adjust to the applicant's work location. In addition to competitive salaries:
