Responsibilities- Build and maintain client relationships across in‑person, appointment, and virtual channels.
- Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs, gather account information, and educate clients on available deposit and loan products.
- Recommend solutions that align with each customer’s unique goals and financial needs.
- Engage proactively with clients, follow up, and learn about their financial situations and channel preferences.
- Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications.
- Provide a consistent optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
- Collaborate with branch team members and partners to serve clients most effectively.
- Educate clients on emerging digital products and self‑service technologies to meet their financial needs.
- Leverage available resources and technologies to optimize the client experience and achieve operational excellence and accuracy.
- Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; typically one to two years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.

Skills and Experience:
Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships through proactive outreach and follow‑up; effective client engagement and communication; basic knowledge of bank and branch policies and systems; strong customer service and interpersonal skills; experience with digital products and self‑service technologies; ability to identify client needs using a digital‑first mindset; basic proficiency in making appropriate recommendations; experience in the financial services industry preferred.
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location for all scheduled work days.

Pay Range$21.81 – $26.65 per hour, adjusted by location and experience.
