If you enjoy designing systems that connect critical healthcare and commercial technologies, this could be the perfect opportunity.

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of sophisticated software and integration solutions within a hybrid cloud environment. This position plays a key role in advancing digital modernization efforts across customer engagement, operational workflows, and data-driven decision making.

You will work with platforms such as CRM systems, healthcare revenue cycle applications, and contact center technologies, helping the organization deliver secure, compliant, and future-ready integration architectures.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will serve as a technical leader responsible for aligning enterprise architecture with business strategy, ensuring scalable and efficient delivery across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enterprise Solution Architecture
Design end-to-end application and integration architectures for large, multi-platform initiatives. Ensure solutions are aligned with long-term business goals and operational priorities.
  • Integration Strategy & Execution
Develop integration and migration approaches leveraging APIs, web services, and industry standards such as HL7, FHIR, and EDI. Create frameworks that support both on-premises and cloud-based applications.
  • API and Data Platform Leadership
Provide architectural direction for robust API ecosystems and enterprise data integration platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Proof of Concept Development
Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to validate tools, establish reusable code foundations, and accelerate implementation readiness.
  • Process and Capability Mapping
Define strategic IT capability maps and support Lead-to-Cash commercial and operational process requirements across the organization.
  • Architecture Documentation & Governance
Produce current-state and future-state architecture diagrams, document data flows, and establish clear data ownership, retention, and governance standards.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration
Partner with product owners, engineering managers, project leaders, and technical specialists to shape roadmaps, sprint priorities, and delivery plans.
  • Enterprise Standards and Review Boards
Engage with architecture and security governance groups to ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and enterprise technology standards.
