This is a full‑time on‑site Technician role located in Livermore, CA. The Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security system hardware and software. They will conduct system testing, ensure proper functionality, train clients on system use, and provide technical support as needed. Collaboration with the engineering team to implement and optimize security solutions is an essential component of this role.

• Technical skills in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.
• Experience with surveillance systems, video analytics, and AI‑based security technologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with networking, system integration, and configuring multi‑camera systems.
• Ability to manage tools, equipment, and safety protocols during on‑site operations.
• Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail to address technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to train clients and work with cross‑functional teams.
• Previous experience in the security industry or related technical field is advantageous.
