Job Description Order Processing
- Request Sales Orders
- Update Shipment/Production Schedule
- Request Service Orders
- Process Demonstration Request Forms
- Field inbound sales calls to determine customer needs
- Add accounting and sales information to CRM (Salesforce)
- Issue Quotations via Salesforce
- Arrange/set up outbound/inbound shipments
- Check tracking information for shipments in transit

- Field calls and emails from customers seeking technical/warranty support
- Gather information about customer issues, report to Engineering/Level 2 Support
- Open Support Cases in Salesforce, notify customers
- Update customers with recommended troubleshooting steps from L2 Support/Engineering as needed
- Create RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorization)
- Report technical issues to vendors as needed
