Required Qualifications
- 1 to 5 years of professional experience in systems engineering, IT operations, or technical support
- Working knowledge of Linux and or Windows Server environments
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, and firewalls
- Experience with virtualization or container platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with hardware components such as servers, storage, and networking equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot methodically and follow documented processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Exposure to automation or scripting such as Bash, Power Shell, or Python
- Experience supporting data center or lab environments
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, Red Hat, or VMware
- Eagerness to learn and grow technical skills
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Organized, detail-oriented, and documentation-minded
- Professional, customer-focused mindset
