In this role, you'll manage supplier operations, improve on‑time delivery performance, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support complex manufacturing demands.

This role allows you to directly impact production success by improving supplier delivery and operational efficiency across a global, high‑tech supply chain.
What You'll Do- Plan, schedule, and monitor material flow to support production and ensure on‑time delivery
- Define and track supplier performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Manage global suppliers across multiple commodities, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery targets are met
- Lead process improvement initiatives related to procurement, inventory control (JIT, Kanban), and manufacturing strategies
- Collaborate with engineering and suppliers to resolve complex delivery and production issues
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate performance and improvement initiatives
- Support cost reduction efforts and monitor supplier pricing performance
- 5+ years of experience managing global suppliers, factories, or commodities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience working with ERP systems such as SAP
- 3+ years of experience using advanced Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables, dashboards, data analysis)
- Strong supplier relationship management and negotiation skills
- Proven experience solving complex supply chain problems with scalable solutions
- Experience working in matrixed, cross‑functional organizations
- Ability to drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with diverse stakeholders
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check
- Occasional overtime may be required
