We're seeking an experienced Strategic Commodity Manager to lead the development and execution of global supply chain strategies for key commodities, with a focus on OEM parts. In this role, you'll collaborate across teams to optimize supplier performance, drive cost and quality improvements, and ensure supply continuity in a complex, fast-paced environment.

• Develop and implement a 3-year commodity strategy to enhance cost, quality, and supply availability
• Lead supplier selection, consolidation, and development initiatives
• Drive complex sourcing and contract negotiations to meet business objectives
• Build strong relationships with global suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Present strategic insights and recommendations to leadership and cross‑functional teams

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or commodity management
• 7+ years of experience in the semiconductor equipment industry
• 7+ years of experience with ERP systems (SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel usage

• MBA or advanced degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Experience working in matrixed organizations and influencing senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
• Overtime may be required based on business needs
