Sares Regis Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a community in Northern California. This role offers a great opportunity for career growth in property management. The Maintenance Supervisor oversees employee activities and coordinates with outside contractors for maintaining and repairing building structures and grounds.

• Directs employees and contractors in renovations, service requests, structural repairs, and ground maintenance.
• Obtains bids from outside vendors and analyzes them for management.
• Orders supplies, appliances, and equipment from vendors.
• Coordinates and inspects work performed by vendors for quality and compliance.
• Inspects facilities and equipment to determine maintenance needs and requirements.
• Estimates work hours based on production schedules.
• Adjusts work procedures to meet schedules.
• Suggests operational improvements for efficiency.
• Assists in planning and managing the maintenance budget.
• Participates in after-hours and emergency coverage as needed.

• Related experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Proficiency in all trades.
• Excellent communication, writing, and computer skills.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Willing to work weekends and overtime as required.

Salary range: $36.00 - $42.00/hourly. We offer competitive benefits including a 401(k) match, rental incentives, bonuses, and discounts. Full-time employees working 30-40 hours/week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other benefits, with sick time in accordance with law.
