As part of continued growth, we are seeking an All-Star Residential Plumbing Manager to join the leadership team.

- Develop and implement a structured coaching and training program
- Set individual goals and KPIs for all field staff
- Build rapport and long-term career paths for team members
- Train the team to generate referrals and repeat business
- Lead by example and reinforce company culture, core values, and mission
- 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to educational, integrity-based selling (no pressure tactics)
