Production Installation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Production & Installation Manager to lead our 15-person Installation Team and oversee our Wood & Paint Department (7 team members).

This is a leadership role for someone who is confident, decisive, and comfortable holding teams accountable. You will be responsible for ensuring installations are completed on schedule, production runs efficiently, and quality standards are consistently met.

This is not a passive supervisory role. We are looking for a leader who will set expectations clearly, enforce standards consistently, and address performance issues directly when necessary.

• Lead scheduling, coordination, and performance of a 15-person installation crew
• Ensure projects are completed on time, on site, and to company standards
• Oversee daily operations of the Wood & Paint Department
• Ensure smooth transition from production to installation
• Maintain strict quality control standards
• Hold team members accountable to performance expectations
• Coach, mentor, and develop employees while addressing underperformance when needed
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical improvements
• Communicate clearly and consistently with ownership and other departments

• Proven experience managing field crews and production teams
• Strong leadership presence and ability to command respect
• Comfortable making decisions and standing behind them
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, millwork, paint, signage, or similar industries preferred
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple moving parts
• Willing to work in both field and shop environments as needed

• $75,000 – $100,000 salary (based on experience)
