HVAC Service Dispatcher Must Have HVAC Background

As a Service Dispatcher here, you will play a vital role in coordinating service calls and ensuring efficient communication between our technicians and customers. This position is essential for maintaining our commitment to high-quality service and customer satisfaction in the HVAC industry.

• Competitive hourly pay: $30.29 - $35.00 per hour

• Coordinate service requests and dispatch technicians to job sites efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on service status.
• Utilize transportation management systems to optimize routing and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician assignments, and customer interactions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies regarding phone etiquette and customer service standards.
• Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency.
• Follow up on parts needed and scheduling

• Proven experience in transportation management or dispatching roles preferred.
• Must have previous HVAC Dispatch experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems is a plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
