Want to work in a creative environment? Monarch Designs is expanding our team to add an Embroidery Production Associate! This is a hands-on role helping produce custom promotional apparel. You’ll be working with embroidery machines (we can train you) and heat presses prepping garments, ensuring quality during production, and finishing orders so they’re ready to go out the door. It’s detail-oriented work in a fast-paced but supportive shop environment.
We’re looking for someone dependable, organized, and comfortable with repetitive, hands-on tasks. Basic computer skills are helpful. Prior embroidery or apparel experience is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person.

Schedule:
30-40hrs/ week, flexible scheduling available
💰 Pay: $23-25/hour starting, based on experience
