Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift Build Complex Machinery That Powers Manufacturing Worldwide An established and growing industrial equipment manufacturer is seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to help build highly customized automation and production equipment used by leading manufacturers across multiple industries. This is not a repetitive assembly-line role. You'll work on sophisticated mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, collaborating closely with engineering and production teams to bring custom-designed equipment from concept to reality.

What You'll Do
- Assemble complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Build custom industrial equipment from engineering drawings and specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly documentation
- Perform quality inspections and functional testing throughout the assembly process
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and identify practical solutions
- Document assembly procedures, calibration activities, and production records
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve processes and product quality
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment
- Experience assembling mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience assembling custom machinery, automation equipment, or industrial systems
- Familiarity with PLC systems and control wiring
- Experience with Solid Works and eDrawings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Background in heat staking, heat sealing, or related manufacturing equipment
