We are offering two work schedules to select from:
Day shift
- Monday thru Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or swing shift
- Monday thru Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
Summary of position:
Responsible for set up and run the most complex, proven, or new parts with little to no supervision.
- Utilize shop paper procedures, including updates, signatures, and stamps, counting quantities, labeling, and non-conformance-related activities
- Read blueprints, tooling instructions, and standard charts for specifications
- Program, set up, and run all facets of work assigned
- Develop fixtures as needed
- Assist in creating an accurate set-up book for production
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED equivalent, or technical school preferred
- 5-7 years of work-related experience
- Extensive knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of blueprint reading, GD & T
- Extensive knowledge of accepted inspection practices
- Extensive knowledge of CNC programming and G&M code
- Extensive probe and toll pre-setter knowledge
