** The
** Manufacturing Operator 1
** is an entry-level role responsible for supporting daily production activities within the probe card manufacturing environment. This position performs a variety of hands-on tasks to ensure high-quality products, smooth workflow, and continuous process optimization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused setting.

* Key Responsibilities:
**** Production & Process Execution
*** Perform manufacturing processes including
** assembly, testing, inspection, and basic troubleshooting
** of probe card components.
* Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines to ensure consistent and reliable output.
** Equipment Operation
*** Set up, operate, and calibrate manufacturing equipment under established guidelines.
* Conduct routine
** preventative maintenance
** to maintain equipment readiness and reduce downtime.
** Data Collection & Process Optimization
*** Collect, document, and interpret operating data to make
** real-time equipment adjustments
** that uphold quality and process standards.
* Support continuous improvement activities by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce defects.
** Collaboration & Technical Support
*** Work closely with engineering teams to run tests, experiments, and data-gathering activities that support new product development or process refinement.
* Assist in the
** training and coaching
** of fellow operators or technicians to promote teamwork, knowledge sharing, and technical growth.

** Pay Range:**$17.05 - $22.37
** Pay Range Explained:
** This role in Livermore, California pays between $17.05 and $22.37 per hour, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations. We offer a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), and paid time off. You’ll also be eligible for quarterly profit-sharing bonuses and flexible spending or savings accounts.
