Job Description & How to Apply Below

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday–Friday

A Day in the Role

You arrive to a clean, safety-first shop and power up modern CNC equipment that drives high-tech industries. Your first order of the day is a first-article run—blueprint in hand, you verify every critical dimension with calipers and micrometers, make a few tool wear offsets, and then let production flow. Throughout the day you load tools and materials, monitor machine performance, and keep lines of communication open with your supervisor and teammates.

Each finished component leaves your station meeting strict quality expectations—and that’s exactly how you like it.

What You’ll Handle
  • Set up and run CNC mills and/or lathes to produce precision parts for advanced equipment.
  • Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to plan each job.
  • Load tooling and materials; watch machine performance from first cut to final pass.
  • Conduct first-article and in-process checks with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools.
  • Apply tool wear offsets and make minor machine adjustments to hold tight tolerances.
  • Confirm final parts meet dimensional and quality standards before release.
  • Troubleshoot routine machining issues and communicate production needs to supervisors.
  • Keep your work area orderly and safe while following company safety practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement to boost efficiency and minimize waste.
What You Bring
  • 2+ years as a CNC machinist or CNC operator in manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience with CNC mills, lathes, or both.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and mechanical drawings.
  • Fluency with precision measuring instruments.
  • Mechanical aptitude, high attention to detail, and quality mindset.
  • Comfort working independently and within a collaborative team.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Why You’ll Love It Here
  • Competitive pay aligned with your experience.
  • Stable, full-time role.
  • Health benefits, paid time off, and 401(k) for eligible employees.
  • Training, skill development, and advancement opportunities.
  • A clean, safety-focused environment where craftsmanship is valued.

If building mission-critical components for advanced equipment excites you—and you take pride in precision—this is where your skills make a visible impact and your career can grow.
