Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Electronic Components Material Specialist to join our team in Livermore, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for the receipt, storage, inventory control, and distribution of electronic components, printed circuit boards, and related manufacturing materials within a high-reliability electronics manufacturing environment. You will play a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, material traceability, and compliance with quality and ESD requirements, while supporting production, kitting, inspection, and shipping activities.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, verify, and document incoming electronic components, printed circuit boards, and assemblies against documentation.
- Inspect materials and packaging for any damage or discrepancies and
- Accurately identify, label, and store materials in appropriate inventory locations.
- Maintain lot traceability and ensure integrity of documentation for all electronic components.
- Process material receipts and inventory transactions in the ERP system, keeping records accurate and up to date.

Requirements Qualifications and Experience- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate's degree or relevant certification in materials management, supply chain, or electronics preferred. - Minimum 2 years' experience in materials handling, inventory control, or warehouse operations in an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with electronic components, printed circuit boards, and assemblies.
- Proficient with ERP systems and inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to inspect materials for damage, contamination, and discrepancies, and initiate appropriate reporting.
- Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling practices and quality compliance standards.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
