Production Operations Technician

Protein Research is looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our Production team as Production Operations Technician. If you enjoy working with equipment, learning new skills, and being part of a supportive, fast-paced environment—this role is for you!

This position offers hands-on training, growth opportunities, and a chance to play a key role in our production process while helping deliver high-quality nutraceutical products.

What You’ll Do Assemble, disassemble, set up, and operate production filling machines

Make minor adjustments and fine-tune equipment to keep production running smoothly

Set up and monitor secondary equipment (printers, checkweighers, X-ray systems, metal detectors)
Handle and store heavy and delicate equipment components safely

Follow all production, sanitation, and safety procedures

Accurately complete production paperwork, line checks, and weight documentation

Perform unit conversions (grams, kilograms, pounds) and packaging calculations

Calculate percentage yield and material loss Submit maintenance requests when needed

Stay detail-focused, safety-minded, and quality-driven throughout every shift

What We’re Looking For High school diploma and 1–2 years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Basic math and mechanical skills with a willingness to learn and grow Ability to perform unit and weight conversions and calculate yields

Strong attention to detail and ability to complete paperwork clearly and accurately

Comfortable following written and verbal instructions

Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a changing production environment

Physically capable of performing the duties associated with the role Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the primary workplace language
