SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible for running repeat proven parts with low to intermediate complexity. You will receive directions and be overseen by the area Lead, Supervisor or qualified area Machinist.

• Operate and monitor assembly line machinery to maintain continuous production flow.
• Set up and adjust press machines, mold machines, and band saws according to job specifications.
• Use overhead cranes and clamp trucks to safely move heavy materials and components.
• Perform deburring and finishing tasks to ensure product quality and compliance with standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of production machinery to prevent downtime.
• Measure and verify parts using micrometers and other precision tools to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production efficiency and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience operating production machinery such as press machines and band saws.
• Ability to safely operate overhead cranes and clamp trucks.
• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read technical specifications.
• Certification in machine operation or manufacturing technology.
• Experience with mold machines and deburring processes.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and use of precision measuring instruments.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced assembly line environment.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
