Shepherd's Gate is a Christ-centered, long-term, residential program for women who've experienced trauma including domestic violence, addiction, sex trafficking, and homelessness. For over 40 years, we have been a safe refuge to over 15,000 women and children - walking alongside them on their journey toward healing by providing safety, essential resources, encouragement, structure, and unwavering support.

We’re now seeking a Passionate and Mission-Minded team member with a Heart for Women in Crisis to join our Livermore Campus as Residential Coordinator. This is more than a job, it’s a calling to serve.

• Support, encourage, and pray with the women and children in the program.
• Demonstrate values and the heart of Jesus in a Christ-centered community.
• Help women stay on track with their goals
  , leading with grace and accountability.
• Ensure the home is safe, structured, and aligned with program guidelines.
• Drive residents to appointments (company vehicle provided).
• Foster healthy connections while maintaining strong personal boundaries.
• Provide spiritual and Biblical guidance to the women, children, staff, and volunteers.

• Experience with domestic violence, addiction recovery, or homelessness services
  .
• A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a desire to live out your faith in your work.
• You're empathetic, adaptable
  , and able to lead with kindness and accountability
  .
• You're teachable, flexible, and eager to grow in your calling.
• Valid driver’s license (3+ years) and a clean driving record
  .
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and meet the physical demands of the role.

Compensation: $20 - 22 per hour
