Pay Rate Low: 20 | Pay Rate High: 25

This role is responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance through hands‑on laboratory testing, accurate documentation, and strict adherence to GMP and safety standards. The position plays a key role in supporting production, continuous improvement initiatives, and overall product integrity in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine quality control testing at various stages of production, including pH, specific gravity, viscosity, and detailed sensory evaluations (color, odor, appearance, texture).
  • Precisely observe, record, and document QC data, including lot numbers, material conditions, and physical observations, in compliance with GMP and GDP requirements.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment while ensuring proper chemical handling, labeling, and adherence to safety procedures and department SOPs.
  • Support critical GMP systems through sampling, testing, inventory management of reagents and consumables, and maintenance of a clean, organized laboratory environment.
  • Participate in investigations, continuous process improvement initiatives, and cross‑functional collaboration to enhance product quality and laboratory efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of relevant laboratory or manufacturing QC experience or Associate’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field with up to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior industry experience in a regulated environment strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of GMP, GDP, basic statistical principles, and laboratory best practices.
