We are seeking an Outgoing QC Technician to join our Livermore team and play a critical role in ensuring products meet quality standards before they are shipped to customers.

This is a hands‑on position ideal for someone with experience in warehouse operations, shipping, manufacturing, or quality control who takes pride in accuracy, attention to detail, and delivering a quality product.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Perform final inspections on completed assemblies before shipment
  • Verify products meet quality standards and customer requirements
  • Complete visual inspections and maintain accurate documentation
  • Partner with warehouse, shipping, and crating teams to ensure orders are shipment‑ready
  • Assist with staging, packaging, crating, and preparing products for delivery
  • Maintain control and tracking of outgoing products
  • Support overall quality efforts across production and shipping operations
A Typical Day
  • Inspect products coming off the production floor
  • Verify completeness and quality prior to shipment
  • Coordinate with shipping and warehouse personnel
  • Assist with preparing and organizing outgoing shipments
  • Use pallet jacks and help move materials when needed
  • Ensure products are properly protected and documented before leaving the facility
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in a warehouse, shipping, manufacturing, or quality control environment
  • Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting and moving products
  • Experience with inventory control, shipping, receiving, or product handling
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Basic computer and documentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
Ideal Candidate
  • Has a background in shipping, warehouse operations, or quality inspection
  • Enjoys hands‑on work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
  • Takes pride in product quality and accuracy
  • Is detail‑oriented and organized
  • Willingly jumps in to support teammates across shipping, crating, and production functions
