Schedule:Monday – Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM
Some weekend work may be required based on business needs.

Assures in cooperation with the assigned Quality Technicians that required inspections within the production process are conducted correctly and in case of deviations proper corrective actions get initiated.

Job Duties
  • Lead, coach, and support Quality Technicians to ensure inspections, testing, and quality standards are consistently met throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Manage quality systems including first-piece, in-process, final inspections, audits, PPAP documentation, control plans, inspection plans, and quality records.
  • Investigate customer complaints, product defects, and process nonconformances using 8D problem-solving, root cause analysis, FMEA, and corrective action processes.
  • Coordinate containment activities, quality alerts, and corrective/preventive actions with production, engineering, supplier quality, logistics, and customer teams.
  • Participate in audits, change management activities, continuous improvement projects, and new product launches to drive quality performance.
  • Monitor calibration and maintenance of quality equipment, maintain reporting requirements, and ensure compliance with customer, company, and industry standards.
Experience Requirements
  • 3-5 years of quality assurance or quality control experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within a quality department required.
  • Strong knowledge of quality methodologies including APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, Control Plans, Inspection Plans, and 8D problem-solving.
  • Experience managing customer complaints, corrective actions, audits, and nonconforming materials.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with quality management systems and manufacturing documentation preferred.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant quality experience will be considered.
  • Training or certifications related to Quality Management, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement are a plus.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, and move throughout a manufacturing facility.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and performing routine physical activities required on the production floor.
  • Ability to inspect products, review documentation, and operate quality measurement equipment.
  • Comfortable working in both office and manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to operate PIT equipment and other workplace tools as required.
  • Must maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
