QC Lab Admin

An established supplement manufacturing company located in Livermore, CA is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented QC Lab Admin to support its Quality Control laboratory.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with documentation and data, and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

• File and organize laboratory records, reports, and documentation.
• Scan, copy, and electronically and physically archive QC documents.
• Shred outdated documents according to company procedures.
• Assist with data entry and record updates.
• Review records to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and properly stored.
• Label and organize retain samples and laboratory supplies.
• Maintain and organize the QC retain room
  .
• Maintain inventory records for laboratory consumables and supplies.
• Assist with document control and revision tracking.
• Update and maintain specification binders and related QC documentation.
• Support the QC department in preparing documentation for audits and inspections.
• Ensure filing and documentation systems comply with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Provide general administrative support to the Quality Control laboratory as needed.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
  , including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with files, records, spreadsheets, and controlled documents.
• Ability to lift 15-20 lbs. using both hands

• Positive and professional attitude.
• Adaptable and willing to assist with both routine and varied assignments.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in Quality Control, laboratory administration, document control, dietary supplements, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, or another regulated environment is a plus.
