Front of House Manager

The First Street Alehouse is a high-volume downtown Livermore restaurant. We are currently hiring a FOH Manager. The FOH Manager serves as a floor manager and is responsible for supervising and training all FOH team members in accordance with our policies and ensuring strict adherence to customer service and quality standards and efficient operations. They are also responsible for managing the FOH team during their shifts and maintaining maximum guest satisfaction.

This is a full-time position. Managers will be expected to work evenings, holidays and weekends regularly.

• Minimum two years FOH management experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant
• High school diploma required.
• Basic computer knowledge required

• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 10 hours in length.
• Must have the ability to lift 35 pounds in weight
