Clarks is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join the team!

The pay range for this role may be modified by Clarks at any time in the future. Pay within this range will be based on experience, qualifications, performance and business needs.

• Partner with store leadership to drive a successful culture of sales and performance.
• Support a team‑selling environment.
• Participate in all areas of store recruitment.
• Teach, coach and train all store associates within an established timeframe.
• Create reachable but high goals for self and associates and ensure staffing levels meet store goals.
• Handle employee relations issues within the store in absence of the Store Manager.
• Analyze the P&L.
• Lead change initiatives and champion company programs.
• Ensure proper merchandising of products per company directive.
• Maintain safety and security for associates and customers.
• Physical requirements:
  
  standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing, moving ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs.
