Responsibilities- Provide strong style and product knowledge to match merchandise with client needs and preferences.
- Promote and leverage the company’s credit and loyalty programs to increase customer engagement and long‑term retention.
- Model the core behaviors of the service model, leading by example to elevate team performance.
- Communicate and build relationships with diverse clientele, engaging them with excellent communication skills.
- Manage multiple client requests simultaneously, maintaining high organization and detail orientation.
- Identify sales opportunities and enhance the customer experience through proactive clienteling tools.
- Drive key performance indicators, including store credit applications, loyalty program enrollments, and sales targets.
- Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience using upselling and cross‑selling techniques.
- Build, maintain, and grow a portfolio of clients by tracking preferences, purchase history, and important dates via the clientele system.
- Plan and host in‑store events, trunk shows, and style sessions to engage clients and introduce new merchandise.
- Collaborate with Store Leadership (Assistant Store Director of Customer Experience and Lead of Customer Experience) to share insights on merchandise, fashion trends, and promotional opportunities.
- Lead by example and contribute to a positive team culture, supporting sales and store objectives.
- Proactively reach out to clients to drive intentional foot traffic through personalized outreach, event invitations, and tailored promotions.
- Anticipate client needs and curate personalized shopping recommendations for upcoming occasions, seasonal transitions, and in‑store events.
- Ensure strict adherence to data privacy agreements and company guidelines when handling customer information.
- Source and present products aligned with each client’s style, budget, and lifestyle.
- Provide styling guidance and coordinate outfit selections or gift recommendations.
- Inform clients about new arrivals, special collections, and exclusive offers.
- Work closely with leadership to align personal shopping strategies with overall store goals and priorities.
- Consistently exemplify the company’s core service behaviors and inspire peers to elevate team performance.
- Perform any other duties as assigned to support store operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Fashion, Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in personal shopping, styling, luxury retail, or client service‑focused roles.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and service KPIs.
The pay range upon commencement is expected to be between $19.00 and $23.71 per hour. Base pay may vary based on market location, experience, and job‑related knowledge. Compensation may also include medical, financial, and other benefits, such as 401(k) eligibility and paid time off.
