Assistant Store Manager

• Partner with the Store Manager to drive boutique performance, sales growth, and operational excellence
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional luxury service while cultivating long-term client relationships
• Inspire, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve KPIs, clienteling goals, and service excellence
• Build and grow a personal client book through proactive outreach, styling appointments, and relationship management
• Support visual merchandising, product launches, inventory management, and boutique presentation
• Analyze business performance and identify opportunities to maximize sales and client engagement
• Champion a collaborative, high-performance culture while acting as a true brand ambassador

• 3+ years of leadership experience within luxury or premium retail
• Strong clienteling skills with experience building lasting relationships and driving repeat business
• Passion for luxury fashion, styling, craftsmanship, and delivering exceptional client experiences
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
• Commercially minded with a strong understanding of KPIs and boutique performance
• Polished communication skills with a hands‑on, positive leadership style

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $78,000.00. Actual rates are determined based on the job, location, and individual experience.
