Retail Sales Lead - Fabletics; San Francisco Outlets - Livermore, CA

Fabletics is currently looking for a Full‑Time Sales Lead for our new retail store at San Francisco Premium Outlets in Livermore, CA.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver an exceptional, best‑in‑class customer experience while supporting Sales & Operations.
• Leverage cutting‑edge technology to create a seamless shopping journey between our website and retail stores.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager, supervisors, and associates to hit bold sales targets and grow the business.
• Engage customers with knowledge of fabrics, features, fit and function of our products and provide training to teammates.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions and community projects.
• Maintain and train associates according to the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
• Maintain store‑merchandising guidelines and continuously improve the customer experience.
• Maintain personal sales performance and meet/exceed individual sales goals.
• Enforce safety and security standards and report potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes (10‑30 lbs) as needed.
• Perform other duties related to store operations as assigned, including stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing ladders.

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience.
• Prior retail management experience a plus.
• Knowledge of active‑lifestyle products such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Comfort with ambiguity and initiative.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Physically able to stand, move, and lift items for at least 2 hours, with occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Minimum age 18 years.
