Part-Time Retail Store Associate - Fabletics; San Francisco Outlets - Livermore, CA

Job Description

Fabletics is currently looking for driven Part‑Time Store Associates for our new location at San Francisco Premium Outlets in Livermore, CA. The role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on delivering a best‑in‑class retail experience by engaging customers and supporting store operations.

• Embed our culture and values while providing insights to customers about how to live their passion.
• Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on the fabrics, features, fit, and function of our product.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to increase overall customer experience.
• Maintain store‑merchandising guidelines that make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain all safety and security standards and identify and communicate potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh 10–30 lb).

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge and familiarity of active‑lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store.
• Ability to work with large teams and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Flexibility in work hours; open to evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Physical ability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, stand for at least two consecutive hours, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders as required.

• Hourly salary between $17.80–$19.50 depending on experience.
