Summary

Provide exceptional in-store service in a high-touch luxury retail environment, acting as an ambassador for the brand. Build and maintain individual client relationships, drive sales through personalized service and CRM tools, and contribute to a premium shopping experience. Deliver product knowledge, stay current with fashion trends, and support store operations to meet individual sales targets and KPIs.

• Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Maintain and develop client relationships through a personalized approach and use of CRM and digital tools.
• Proactively cross-sell across departments and maximize sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain shop floor and visual displays to company standards and follow stock procedures.
• Handle customer complaints appropriately and liaise with the line manager when necessary.
• Support store security and loss prevention efforts.

• Passion for sales and building long-lasting client relationships; experience in client development is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  English is required, other languages are a plus.
• Curiosity, problem-solving skills, and strong interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
• Product and brand knowledge relevant to the managed category.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
