Part-Time Retail Sales Lead - Fabletics; San Francisco Outlets - Livermore, CA

Overview

Fabletics is currently seeking a Part‑Time Sales Lead for its San Francisco Premium Outlets location in Livermore, CA. The role is focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting both sales and operations. The Sales Lead will report to the Store Manager and work closely with the store team to exceed KPIs and drive business growth.

• Enbody company culture and values, providing customers with product knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement indoors and outdoors, including store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provide training and feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed performance goals.
• Communicate inventory needs and training requirements to increase overall customer experience.
• Maintain store‑merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives with the Store Manager.
• Meet or exceed store performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge for customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain safety and security standards, identify potential issues, and communicate them.
• Unpack inventory as required (boxes weighing 10–30 lbs).

• Minimum 1 year of retail work experience; prior retail management a plus.
• Knowledge of active‑lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy pursuits.
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated, good communicator, and ability to bring out the best in others.
• Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and ability to work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to work onsite and maintain a flexible schedule.

Positions involve constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least 2 consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.

• Hourly salary range $19.80 – $22.70 per hour, based on experience.
