Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Stocking, Cashier, Retail Support
Position Overview
This role supports front‑ and back‑of‑the‑house operations in a high‑volume retail environment. The successful candidate will act as a greeter, runner, cashier, phone operator, and stockroom organizer, ensuring smooth store operations and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Act as greeter to welcome customers
- Serve as a runner to assist associates and customers
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions
- Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
- Understand and execute operational policies and procedures
- Pack and unpack shipments, and deliver items to the stockroom
- Organize the stockroom to support product flow and store uptime
- 1‑2 years of experience in a high‑volume, customer‑driven retail environment
- Stock‑related experience is a plus
- Open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, weekends
- Occasional overnight travel may be required
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Flexible, resourceful, collaborative, highly motivated, efficient; sense of humor appreciated
- Hourly rate: $17.00 – $20.00 USD, based on experience and location
