A temporary seasonal sales associate position for the summer, beginning mid-May and concluding in August. This is a part‑time, non‑exempt role that does not guarantee a permanent position.

• Support the Disney Store Mission: "Creating Magical Moments for Guests of all Ages".
• Engage guests, ask open‑ended questions, and make appropriate suggestions.
• Contribute to a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment delivering an entertaining, fun experience.
• Assist guests with finding suitable solutions, utilizing In‑Store and  resources.
• Treat all guests and cast members with respect, contributing to a positive work environment.
• Maintain Disney brand standards in guest engagement, visual, and housekeeping duties.
• Operate cash wrap and mobile POS efficiently while maintaining high guest service.
• Perform operational tasks as needed.
• Adhere to company policies per Standard Operating Procedures, Employee Policy Manual, and Code of Business Conduct.
• Promote and maintain a safe working and shopping environment.
• Deliver excellent Guest‑focused engagement on and off the sales floor.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Receive performance feedback and act upon it.
• Maintain a professional appearance, meeting Disney Store grooming guidelines.

• Ability to lift boxes up to 40 lbs and climb a ladder.
• Flexible schedule availability, including overnights, evenings, holidays, weekends, and call‑in shifts.
• Minimum two shifts per week (Monday–Friday) with weekend availability during business months of mid‑May to August.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Minimum age 18 years.

• Previous experience in specialty retail or service industry.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
