Automotive Parts Counterperson

Livermore Ford in Livermore, CA is looking for an experienced Parts Counterperson with a strong Ford background to join its parts department. This role covers the full parts sales process, from helping customers and technicians identify what they need, to sourcing special orders and keeping inventory accurate. • $21–$25/hour depending on experience, plus bonus

• Oversee the parts sales process from initial inquiry through fulfillment
• Work with the parts manager to source parts not currently in stock
• Process special order requests and follow through to delivery
• Communicate parts status and updates to customers and internal staff throughout the transaction
• Maintain accurate knowledge of inventory levels and ordering systems
• Adhere to all company safety policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations

• 5+ years of experience in a Ford dealership parts department required
• Deep knowledge of Ford parts, systems, and inventory processes
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong analytical, math, and computer skills; comfortable learning new software and systems
• Ability to manage multiple requests accurately without losing attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent required
