Summary
Senior Sales Associate based at the GV-OUTLET SF Livermore location. Responsible for delivering exceptional client service and achieving store sales targets in a luxury outlet environment. Provides on-floor selling support, assists with merchandising and inventory, and collaborates with the team to uphold visual standards and product knowledge.
Responsibilities- Deliver personalized customer service and drive individual sales.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Maintain visual merchandising and ensure product presentation standards.
- Process transactions, handle returns, and assist with inventory replenishment.
- Support and mentor junior team members on the sales floor.
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or apparel.
- Strong communication and clienteling skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and knowledge of product and fashion trends.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move merchandise as needed.
