As a Trek Sales Associate, you’ll be on the front lines helping people have fun by riding bikes. You’ll learn about some of the smartest products in the cycling industry, make thoughtful recommendations to your customers, and maintain meaningful relationships with riders in your community. The pace is fast, the customers are curious, and a customer‑centric team mentality is essential. We value hospitality skills first and prefer someone eager to learn over someone who thinks they know it all.

If you’re already a bike expert, that’s awesome – if not, we’ll train you. The key is to treat customers, evaluate their needs, and exceed their expectations.

• Help customers find the right bike and accessories.
• Educate customers on product features and benefits.
• Provide exemplary hospitality and ensure a welcoming store experience.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily sales goals.

• Positive, pitch‑right‑in attitude and motivation to help every customer.
• Warm, approachable manner with great listening skills.
• Excellent communication with customers and teammates.
• Desire to cultivate customer relationships and build a client base.

Hourly Rate: $15.00 - $20.00
