• Competitive Pay: Total expected earnings based on your performance: up to $125k / Base Pay: $40+ per hour / Uncapped Commission / Performance Bonuses

• Perform electrical service, repair, and maintenance for residential customers.
• Diagnose issues and deliver effective, safe, and code-compliant solutions.
• Operate a company vehicle while maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
• Build strong customer relationships by clearly explaining solutions and options.
• Promote the MVP Client Loyalty Program and identify opportunities for system upgrades.
• Ensure each project is completed with the highest level of safety, quality, and professionalism.

• Certified & Experienced: At least 3 years of electrical service experience (Residential Journeyman Certification, C-10 license OR ET Card with enough hours to take residential journeyman certification exam.)
• Knowledgeable: Solid understanding of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repair best practices.
• Safety-Focused: Adheres to safety codes, PPE standards, and job site safety protocols.
• Physically Capable: Able to lift 75 lbs., work in varying weather conditions, and perform tasks on ladders or rooftops.
• Professional: Clean, well-groomed appearance with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills.

After a conditional offer, all candidates will complete a background check, drug test, MVR, and reference check.
