Description
- Install HVAC systems in multi-family residential buildings (rough-in and set-out)
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Install ductwork, condensers, furnaces, air handlers, and related components
- Ensure installations meet code, manufacturer specifications, and company standards
- Coordinate with supervisors, other trades, and jobsite personnel
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite
- Follow all OSHA safety standards
- Perform other duties as assigned

- 1+ years of HVAC installation experience (multi-family preferred) a plus
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow job specifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying jobsite conditions
- Strong attention to safety and quality
- Must have reliable transportation to go to various jobsites in different counties in the Bay area
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
