** Field Service Technician**, you’ll be the trusted technical expert working directly with contractors and equipment operators to install, support, and optimize cutting‐edge

** What You’ll Do
*** Install and service
** Topcon Machine Control systems
** on:  + Dozers  + Motor Graders  + Excavators  + Skid Steers  + Compactors  + Pavers and Curb Machines
* Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, hydraulic, and electronic systems to improve machine accuracy and performance
* Research and diagnose technical issues to identify effective solutions
* Provide
** pre‐ and post‐sale technical support
** for customers and sales teams via:  + On-site visits  + Phone  + E-mail  + Remote support tools
* Represent the company professionally at customer job sites and build long-term relationships
* Work outdoors in varied conditions: rain, heat, and cold are part of the job
** What We’re Looking For
*** Strong
** mechanical and technical aptitude
*** Comfort troubleshooting
** electro‐mechanical**, hydraulic, and electronic systems
* ** Customer-first mindset
** with strong communication skills
* Quick learner who enjoys mastering new technology
* Intermediate computer skills (software navigation, diagnostics, documentation)
* Physically capable of:  + Climbing onto large equipment  + Lifting up to
** 75 pounds
*** Willingness to travel as needed (travel fluctuates based on business demands)
* Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
** Education & Experience
*** High school diploma or trade school preferred
* Field experience or prior work with:  + Heavy equipment  + Construction machinery  + Automotive, diesel, electrical, or mechanical systems
* Experience with machine control installations is a plus. but
** not required
*** Willingness and aptitude to learn heavy equipment operation and advanced technology
