Perform specialty diagnostic, repair, and maintenance work on fire suppression systems including flood, pressure, gas, and portable extinguisher systems. Collaborate with team leaders and clients to conduct inspections, tests, documentation, and customer communication. Responsibilities also include working with clean agent, dry chemical, and special hazard systems, interpreting blueprints, and managing daily service calls.

• Assist customers with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation for emergency service.
• Inspect suppression gas systems according to contract requirements.
• Use smartphones and equipment for service tasks.
• Support government work as required.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Outstanding customer service and problem‑solving skills.
• PC skills including Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• FEL‑A certification.

• Manufacturer certifications such as ANSUL or Kiddie Pyrochem.
• RMEI and preferred Multi‑License.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.

Hourly Rate: $32.60 – $44.81 (based on experience, education, skills, and market data). Includes competitive benefits. Salary may be exceeded for exceptional candidates.
